Day Eleven

Selma, AL

There's not much to say about this rest day. I was going to do some sightseeing in Selma, but it rained all day and I didn't feel like going out. I wanted to walk downtown and take some pictures, but I didn't want to soak my camera. Instead, I decided to get up early on Sunday and take a quick ride through town before heading out to Demopolis.

After going out for breakfast, I called my wife. Then I spent most of the day working on my web site, plotting my route and making motel reservations for the next few days. I should be doing 50-60 mile days at least until I get to Jackson, MS.
