Springerville Photos, Part II

Allred's Western & Casual Wear featured a horse on the roof that was all red.

Judging from these credit card signs, Allred's had been around for awhile. I could just barely remember when Visa used to be BankAmericard and MasterCard used to be MasterCharge.

The Becker name was prominent in Springerville.

The Springerville post office was a neat old place where I mailed home some of the books I bought, among other things.

This obelisk in front of the post office honored Gustav Becker.

This park on the other side of the post office was named for him.

This petrified wood monument honored local men killed in World War I.
