Heading out of Mojave after a couple of windy days off, I saw more windmills.

As I approached a weigh station, there were windmills above.

Here's a close-up of some windmills.

When SR 58 turned into a freeway, this almost-typical white sign was posted. Notice the panel attached underneath " pedestrians." This no doubt is covering the word " bicycles."

This was an odd place for a boat!

The view from the windward side shows the access roads cut into the hills.

I know other towns use this motto, too, but I think " Land of Four Seasons" is pretty lame... Unless, of course, it's Franki Valli's hometown (Newark, NJ, by the way).
