There was a classic Burma Shave verse, too.

A shed in back displayed  a variety of old  signs.

This view recalled the early days of Route 66, except for the RV in back.

Here's another view of the shed.

There appeared to be some rather primitive facilities.

I guess this urinal was in case the line for the outhouse was too long.

This was the east side of the Hackberry General Store.

The underpasses beneath the BNSF tracks showed interesting masonry.
