Day Sixteen Photos, Part II

The hill overlooked the Dixiana Motel on Old US 61 in Vicksburg.

Here is a close-up of the Dixiana Motel sign. I didn't stay there I just thought it looked neat.

To me, it looked strange to have the letters reading upward, but the other way would read from right to left, which also would look odd. This side was perhaps an afterthought since they were probably trying to attract southbound travelers.

The Holiday Capri Motel was on US 80 in Tallulah, Louisiana.

Tallulah  had an old Coca-Cola bottler's building, too.

I took this picture of my reflection in a window in Tallulah.

This is a neat old gas station in Tallulah.

This was  the international portion of my trip. Quebec was just a small group of houses. Delhi was big enough to have a few motels but not quite as big as the Indian city. The locals pronounce  it " Dell-high."
